TERMS OF USE

Soulamore is the owner and operator of this website (Company, we, us, our). The Company offers you personalized services, such as content delivery, one-on-one and group discussions with like-minded peers, and access to resources made accessible by the Platform (described below) and as requested by you (Services). The Services are designed to provide emotional support to people with health concerns or traumatic events. They also allow these people to learn from the experiences of others who share similar situations. This platform is not meant to be a dating service, nor is it meant to serve as a hotline for emergencies.

By using this website, downloading anything from it, or clicking the "I ACCEPT" button that is made available on the website (Platform), you consent to be bound by the Company's privacy policy and these terms of use (Terms).

SERVICES

You must be at least eighteen years old to use our services. If Soulamore determines that a user is under the age of 18, it will have the authority to cancel the account. Anyone under the age of eighteen is expressly forbidden from using the Services or Platform.

During the registration process on the Platform, you can sign up for the Services by entering your personal information. This information may include, but is not limited to, your preferred name, email address, phone number, as well as any other mental or physical conditions you may have due to traumatic events in your life or emotional difficulties you may be experiencing.

You accept responsibility for protecting your account and promise not to share your password with outside parties. You acknowledge that, regardless of whether you gave permission for certain activities or acts, you will be fully accountable for anything done with your password. As soon as you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or account, you will contact Soulamore right away. You may not use false identities, impersonate anyone else, or use a login or password that you are not allowed to use, without limiting the application of any other provisions of these Terms.

We only offer our services to you for personal, non-commercial use; you should not share them with anyone else.

After paying the necessary fees and scheduling an appointment through our platform, you can get in touch with our peers. Peers are people who have been onboarded by the Platform and have successfully overcome issues that are similar to yours. They will talk to you and provide a secure, judgment-free environment for you to share knowledge.

Should you want to get onboarded as a Peer on the Platform, you have to fill out the required paperwork and information and follow the procedures on the Platform.

Every meeting or discussion lasts 45 to 50 minutes, though the peer may decide to continue for an additional amount of time. Should the extension last longer than that, the call will be evaluated during the following slot, and the user will have to pay for the second slot as well.

Every group discussion will be led by a mental health professional and will not exceed 75 minutes in duration. By using the Platform's Services, you can register for the same.

It is not allowed for you to give the Peer any contact information that could allow you to communicate with them outside of the Platform. In a similar vein, you are not allowed to ask for the Peer's contact details in order to get in touch with them outside of the Platform.

All correspondence with the Peers needs to go via the Platform itself.

You accept that you will use all of our services in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations as well as any additional particular limitations on how you may use the service or its contents.

You must comprehend and agree to our privacy policy before we can use the information you give us. Your information may be used by us for the specified objectives that are detailed in the Privacy Policy.

Please send us an email at contact.soulamore@gmail.com if you have any questions or would like more information about our services.
